We are here to support you on every step of your adoption journey, but you may find that you need other types of support post-adoption as well. This page is designed to link you to some resources that will benefit you and your child and will help you navigate any issues that you encounter as your child reaches new milestones.

| Grace Church Foster & Adopt Resource Center | Our goal is to provide various necessary items to assist families within the first few days a child is placed in the home. As supplies allow, a child may receive clothing, shoes, toys, diapers, wipes, and other useful items and we welcome parents to return to the Resource Center to shop for clothing at the change of a season, size, or developmental stage. |
