Jennifer started working for Families by Adoption, PC in October of 2022 as a paralegal to Mr. Godwin, mostly handling family adoptions, step-parent adoptions, readoptions of foreign birth cases, and DSS cases. Jennifer also handles newborn adoptions after placement through finalization. Jennifer says that her faith and love of the law played a huge role in her desire to join our team. Jennifer has four children and was the “CEO” of her home as a stay-at-home mom for 22 years before deciding to join the workforce again.
In her free time, Jennifer can be found spending time with her family, usually playing some sort of game—whether it’s a card game, board game, or pickleball! Jennifer has served in her church’s children’s ministry for the past 14 years. She and her family attend 5 Point Church in Easley.
