Your Birth Mother Letter:
We are very excited to be writing you this letter in preparation for our journey with adoption! We know this is a very difficult time for you as you choose a family to raise your child. At the end of the day, know in your heart that the decision you are making is such a courageous choice and you are truly giving a couple the gift of life. We are so very appreciative of your decision to choose adoption. We are a young, fun-loving, active couple who are looking forward to starting the next stage of life and becoming parents.
We love children and have a strong desire to be parents one day! We have talked about having children since early in our relationship together. Both of us have strong qualities that compliment the other person and we believe we are a good match to raise a child together. We have some known fertility issues; however, we decided early on we want to adopt our first child. We know that we can love any child as our own and offer him/her a loving home environment. We look forward to the upcoming months and hope to get the opportunity to be parents soon!
We dated for 4 years before getting married, in a flower garden, surrounded with our closest friends and family. We have two dogs, Abby and Tripp, who love to go on walks and get new toys. We live in a neighborhood and are surrounded with kids. Our backyard is fenced so that there is plenty of room for dogs to run and play. We built our house during the winter before our wedding. We have been there for just over a year and half and we absolutely love it! There's plenty of room for us and extra room for a baby and future playroom area. We look so forward to this day!
Steve works as the cardiopulmonary director for a home health nursing agency. He has an Associate's Degree in Nursing; however, is completing online classes to get his Bachelor's in Nursing. Whitney is currently working as a registered nurse in a hospital setting while pursuing a Master's degree to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. She will be graduating in May 2015.
Thank you so very much for taking the time to review our profile. We hope that you can get a sense of our true personalities just through the pictures. We love having a good time, meeting new people, exploring new possibilities, and just being silly together! We hope and pray we get the opportunity to meet you soon. Thank you again for your courageousness and for considering us as parents for your child! We are so grateful and appreciative of your decision to choose adoption.
