Letter From Todd and Lia
Dear Birth Mother,
We want to start by saying Thank You for taking the time to get to know us. We hope to get to know you and your hopes and dreams for your child. We understand how hard this is for you and hope that after you read our profile you will have a better understanding of who we are and what is important to us.
We are Todd and Lia, happily married for 18 years. We worked at the same department store as teenagers, dated for a few years before we started our life together. Todd works from home and I am a stay-at-home mom. We are fortunate to be financially stable and to be able to be there for our children throughout the day and year.
Shortly after our one year anniversary we welcomed our first baby into our hearts. Within four years we had 2 more boys. Having a big family filled with laughter, play and the pitter patter of little feet running through our home was what we always wanted and we've enjoyed every minute.
Almost two years age we decided to grow our family and had our 4th son. At my 20 week ultrasound we were told that he was going to be born with congenital heart defect. We placed him in the best hospital and spent every moment we could with him. After multiple surgeries he passed away and we lost our precious baby boy. We've gotten through this difficult time through the love and support of our family and friends and our faith. We are blessed to have people in our lives that are so loving and caring.
We are active parents who do our very best to raise loving and kind children. Our greatest goal is that we raise kids who are kind to others and proud of whom they are and where they came from.
We are blessed to have boys that are kind and well-mannered. We try to give our boys every opportunity to pursue their interests. Each of them are unique and their interests include reading and sports. Depending on the time of the year you will find us watching them participate in wrestling, baseball, soccer or lacrosse.
Family time is very important to us. We love to take walks and go the beach. We take regular family vacations...skiing, beaches or Disney- as long as we are together. Holidays are big around our house too! I love to decorate for every holiday, whether it's Valentines Day, Easter, Halloween, Christmas, or anything in between. We always eat dinner as a family and talk about our daily activities.
Our children are the world to us and we would LOVE to become parents to your child. We give you our heartfelt promise that he or she will recieve unconditional love, support and the opportunity to fulfill their dreams. if you choose our family for your child you can rest easy knowing we will love him or her with all our hearts and he or she will have a loving home filled with hugs, funs activities and caring siblings.
