Child Care Arrangements: Our child care arrangements are for public child care. We have researched many nearby public and church day care facilities. Research and personal references have narrowed are search down to three options. Along with public child care we have a mother, an aunt and a best friend (aunt material) that are all very local, are retired and will gladly provide assistance any days. Three of the other four grandparents are also retired. They do reside in other states but would love the opportunity to visit and provide assistance.
Activities Enjoyed Together: Dave and I love any time spent together! Everything from cooking together, board games, watching movies, going to the gym to traveling. Traveling is anything from our day trips to near by cities, beaches, mountains, parks and lakes to extended trips to other states, other countries, Disney World, Sea World and taking cruises. We love to walk in our neighborhood, near by parks, the zoo and at the lake. We enjoy camping, bike riding, sporting events, plays and concerts. We look forward to any time with friends, getting together with family, the annual family coastal trip and lake house trip. We especially love birthdays and holidays with family. We really enjoy Halloween. That is the family holiday that Dave and I "host". All family members big and small come to share in spooky treats and eats, trick or treating, dress up, decorations and pumpkin carving. Dave and I believe time is precious and the more time spent together the better :o)
Letter From David and Sandra
Hello,
We find ourselves in very different circumstances, but in some ways, these circumstances are very similar. Both finding ourselves wishing that the situation could be different. You have an unplanned pregnancy, yet love the child that you will give birth to. We are unable to bear a child, but would love to have a baby for our family. My husband and I have been longing for a child, and we have had three miscarriages over the past two years. After doctor consolidations, we decided to forgo trying to conceive a biological child. This is why we have chosen to grow our family through the gift of adoption.

David and I met at work, talked for hours every day, played softball at work functions, decided to meet to watch football games, took a few day trips together, meet each other's families, started attending church together and have been inseparable ever since.
We live in a neighborhood with a community pool that is right next door to an elementary school. There are over 65 parks in our two counties, three National Parks and Forests, two award winning libraries, a 568 mile man-made lake, musicals, Marinette theaters, a zoo and a museum all within an hour's drive.
David has a Masters in Business Administration from a Christian university and works for a stable growing computer company. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from a Christian college and recently accepted a new position that will allow me to devote more time to raising a child.
The portfolio expresses our hobbies and past times; however we also enjoy bike riding, long walks, attending sporting events with friends, vacations and family get-togethers. David is a volunteer basketball coach at our local high school and our church. I am a volunteer at a local elementary school where I chaperon school trips and participate in field days.
David and I are family oriented, which in large part is due to how we were raised with respect for one's self, others and in God. We will provide a child with love, acceptance, stability and trust.
As we are sure you realize, sometimes life doesn't go according to plan. After medical intervention to conceive and the loss of a baby through miscarriage, we have realized that God has a different plan for our lives. My husband and I thank you for giving us the opportunity to share our lives and desires with you. We wish you the best in whatever you decide and may God keep you and bless you.
Warmest regards,
David and Sandra
